In 2016, Immochan celebrated its 40th birthday:
40 years of a human and entrepreneurial vision of retail. The property management business, founded in 1976 with the aim of supporting Auchan, is now established in 12 countries and manages 382 retail and lifestyle centres, representing 4 million m² and nearly 7.5 billion euros worth of assets.
